UK Shipping Options
RamCity UK ships direct from Lenham, Kent for all orders placed through this website. For mainland UK deliveries, we normally ship via Citylink couriers. Orders placed prior to 12pm are usually delivered the next day. For non-mainland UK deliveries (e.g. Channel Islands, Isle of Mann, Isles of Scilly etc), we normally ship via Royal Mail Registered Post. Deliveries usually only take 1-2 days. * Please note, for all deliveries to Ireland (including Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland), please choose the EU 2-3 day shipping option, as we are unable to offer reduced cost shipping to here. * Main EU Country Shipping Options For orders to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland (including Northern Ireland and The Republic of Ireland), Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden, we normally ship via Citylink or TNT International couriers. Delivery typically only takes 2-3 days. Orders received by 12:00PM will normally be processed and shipped the same day based on availability. If your order is received later, shipment may not occur until the following business day. Although we take all care, RamCity UK is not responsible for shipping or other delays caused by events beyond our control. Shipping Rates UK 1-2 Day courier service. £3.99 (for both mainland and non-mainland UK deliveries, not including Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland) EU 2-3 Day courier service. £14.99 (to the main EU countries listed above, plus Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Please request a quote for shipping rates to other countries in the European Union. Please phone or email us if you have any urgent requirements and remember to print a copy of your order confirmation notice if you are collecting in-person from the warehouse. VAT Due to our company structure we are not currently required to charge the normal VAT (Value Added tax) on sales to UK customers. All prices on our website are shown exclusive of any VAT. Note that this policy may change in the future in line with direction from Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC). UK buyers also don't need to be concerned about paying extra import duties as all orders are shipped direct from our Lenham, Kent warehouse. International Duties and Taxes in the EU RamCity UK does not collect duty or sales tax for orders delivered to Ireland and other countries in the EU. Any duties, tax or fees levied by your government are your responsibility and vary depending on the destination. In most cases, the carrier will try to collect duty or taxes when the package is delivered, or will notify you of the charges prior before hand. |
